Is anyone else frustrated by being asked to verify themselves by mobile phone?
As an elderly person who finds coping with a mobile phone difficult at the best of times, I am absolutely flummoxed by having to verify myself for nearly every single purchase.
Even so crucial a site as PayPal is not immune.
